Hola Everyone! Sorry for the lack in postings for awhile but Spring Break and Midterms really take a lot of time out of the day. So anyways I'd thought I'd post about my first experience in one of Tallahassee's chain restaurants, Genghis Grill: Monogolian Stir Fry.
Genghis Grill is pretty much a buffet/smorgasbord where you are allowed to pick your own combination of meats, vegetables, sauces, sides, and even spices. Then you take your choices up to this large stone-like grill where they cook your food then bring it to you in the really cool bowl. They even offer a never-ending bowl where you can fill up your bowl as many times as you want; but I swear I was so full by the end of my first bowl I have no idea how people do that. So if your're looking for a good place to go and really eat your full definitely try out Genghis.
