Great Green Cupcakes!!

Hello readers
Its's spring so all the flowers are in bloom and everything becoming new and fresh. So to reward yourself (or get ready for St.Patrick's Day), try this recipe for Key Lime Cupcakes.

Ingredients*:
Cupcakes
1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
1 1/3  cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored gelatin mix
3/4 cup orange juice

Icing**
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

• Cupcakes

1. Combine the oil, eggs, jello, and orange juice with the lemon cake mix. Stir/Mix until smooth
2. Fill a cupcake sheet, going to the top of each cup
3. Follow the instructions on the box to bake the cupcakes in the oven

• Icing

1. In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until fluffy and light
2. Add the lime juice and confectioners' sugar
3. Mix Well

* This recipe was adapted from a cake recipe, so these measurements should make about 24 cupcakes. 

**Like I said this is for a cake mix so this makes a lot more icing than you really need. So you can either cut down the icing recipe by half or increase the cake recipe by two.
