Greetings viewers,
This is another installment of the Things to Do Series but we're switching up the location. I've taken a few weeks to go home this summer and have spent some of the time familiarizing myself with some of the old haunts. This post is about one of my favorite places to go on a summer weekend.
Welcome to Findley Market in Cincinnati, OH!
Findley Market is Ohio's oldest continuously operated public market and the home of many fun summer memories for me and my family. Listed on the National Registrar of Historic Sites, Findley Market has been operating seven days a week since 1855. With outdoor products ranging from flowers to jewelry, and indoor market of any kind of fresh food you can imagine, Findley Market makes a great place to hang out. As with most markets, the prices are much more affordable than supermarkets so its also a must-see destination for the college student on a budget.
Though the market is open all week, its best to go on the weekends to get the full experience of the both the outdoor and indoor wares. This week I went with my mom to pick up some fresh ingredients for a family barbecue.
