Hello All,
Show of hands who loves the movie V for Vendetta. I know I do, the intricate plot, interesting fight scenes and overall tragic ending that still made a terrific point. But since I have no idea how to fight with knives nor do I live in a post-war censored society I have to find some other way to connect with the movie. So I decided to make the breakfast that V made for Evey, Eggs in a Basket. So I turned on my computer and Google'd the recipe.( A small side note, my Google search has gotten really used to me apparently. I typed in how to make and immediately the predictor finished with 'the breakfast from v for vendetta'. It kind of freaked me out a bit)
So anyway here we go...
Ingredients:
Eggs
Bread
Butter
Skillet
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
5. Season the eggs to taste
6. When the eggs begin to set around the hole then flip the whole thing over to the other side
7. Finish cooking the eggs to your desired level

Ingredients:
Eggs
Bread
Butter
Skillet
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Put the skillet on the stove and let it heat to a medium heat
- Butter both side of the bread and cut approximately a 2-inch hole in each piece of bread with a cookie cutter or small glass
- I used a shot glass/tea cup and it worked fine
3. Place bread onto the skillet
4.Put a little butter in the bread holes then crack the egg into the hole5. Season the eggs to taste
6. When the eggs begin to set around the hole then flip the whole thing over to the other side
7. Finish cooking the eggs to your desired level
And thats it, a simple but absolutely delicious breakfast from a great movie. Cheerio!

Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici. By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe. -V
I shall die here. Every inch of me shall perish. Every inch, but one. An inch. It is small and it is fragile and it is the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose it or give it away. We must NEVER let them take it from us. I hope that whoever you are, you escape this place. I hope that the worlds turns, and that things get better. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that, even though I do not know you, and even though I may never meet you, laugh with you, cry with you, or kiss you, I love you. With all my heart, I love you- Valerie
I, like God, do not play with dice and do not believe in coincidence -V
And thus I clothe my naked villainy / With old odd ends stolen forth from holy writ/And seem a saint when most I play the devil -V
Creedy: Bollocks. Whatchya gonna do, huh? We've swept this place. You've got nothing. Nothing but your bloody knives and your fancy karate gimmicks. We have guns.
V: No, what you have are bullets, and the hope that when your guns are empty I'm no longer be standing, because if I am you'll all be dead before you've reloaded.
